Amanda Masters
Founder
My stamp is in the proportions and the way I place furniture — everything is harmonious and comfortable, slightly bohemian with a European edge.
British-born Amanda Masters came to the United States in her early twenties where she soon found her home in the world of interior design. Self-taught, Masters style grew from a lifetime of travel through Europe, Asia and North Africa, first as a child and later as a model. Masters has developed a clientele of Hollywood producers, directors, and actors. High-profile projects have included several Soho House pop-up Oscar villas in LA, and boundary pushing displays at lingerie boutique Coco de Mer. These public spaces personify Masters design wit: traditional Brit with a modern twist.
Masters works in partnership with her husband, property-developer Justin Klentner. Together they build and design spec properties and residential interiors from coast to coast.
Masters is a currently a contributing editor to Santa Barbara Magazine and a regular contributor to House Beautiful. She resides in Hollywood and in Santa Barbara, with her husband and their three children.
